A ticket matching all five numbers for Tuesday’s drawing was sold at Stop & Shop on Route 22 in Phillipsburg, lottery officials said.
The winning numbers were: 06, 18, 20, 21, and 31. The XTRA number was 04.
The lucky winner will take home the $100,000 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot.
